Kakatiya Film Festival is an initiative of Samachara Bharati Cultural Association, Telangana. The purpose is to promote Social responsibility , Social values and Family ethos which are the core of Bharat’s Culture. The Film festival offers the new generation film makers to present their views through Short-Films.

Sri Chembolu Seetharama Sastry, popularly known as Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry is a lyricist known for his works in Telugu cinema.
He won the Nandi Award for Best Lyricist 10 times and Filmfare Award for Best Lyricist – Telugu 4 times.
Sri Tanikella Bharani is a film actor, screenwriter, dialogue writer, poet, theatre actor, playwright and director predominantly in Telugu cinema.
He has garnered three Andhra Pradesh State Nandi Awards
